I aim to send out your items within 5 working days of placing your order-- however if this is not possible I will contact you to let you know.
Items will be posted out as 1st class recorded delivery unless otherwise instructed by customer.
Upgrades to the postage and insurance, if requested by the customer, are to be paid at customer's own cost. Please email us prior to ordering if special arrangements are required.
Returns can be made within 7 working days of the day after delivery, items must be in a resalable condition, unwashed, if a carrier or other fabric item, in original packaging with any inserts or instructions, and at customer's own expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact me first to let me know the details before mailing, in cases where faults have occurred then postage may be reimbursed.
